  • ¼ cup Dry white wine or low-sodium chicken broth

  • 1 tsp Fresh lemon zest
  • 1 Tbsp Fresh lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ tsp Paprika sweet or smoked
  • Salt & freshly cracked black pepper to taste
  • 2 Tbsp Fresh parsley chopped
  • ¼ tsp red-pepper flakes Optional
