- Place the chicken breasts or thighs at the bottom of your slow cooker.
- Pour the entire bottle of Zesty Italian dressing evenly over the chicken.
- Add dollops of softened cream cheese around the chicken, if using, and pour in chicken broth if you are including it.
- Cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours until the chicken is tender and easy to shred.
- Remove the chicken, shred it with two forks, and return it to the slow cooker to mix with the sauce and warm through for 15-20 minutes.
