Cooking Steps
- In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat; then add diced bell peppers and sauté for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.

- Remove from heat, sprinkle with optional red pepper flakes, and serve immediately.
