  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey optional

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Combine chia seeds, milk, and maple syrup/honey in a jar with a lid; stir well to prevent clumps.
  2. Gently stir in the mixed berries to distribute them evenly.
  3. Cover the jar and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until thickened.
  4. Stir the pudding in the morning, add desired toppings, and serve chilled.

Notes

For a thicker pudding, add an extra tablespoon of chia seeds. Adjust sweetness to your preference. This recipe is easily customizable with different fruits and spices.
