- Wash and thoroughly dry all chosen fruits, then slice larger fruits into thin strips or small pieces; smaller fruits can be left whole.
- Set up a clean, flat rolling surface with a shallow dish of warm water and a parchment-lined serving platter.
- Dip one rice paper wrapper in warm water for 15-20 seconds until soft and pliable, being careful not to oversoak.
- Lay the softened wrapper flat and arrange 1-2 tablespoons of fruit horizontally slightly below the center, leaving space on the sides.
- Fold the bottom edge over the fruit, then fold in the sides tightly, and finally roll the entire package tightly from bottom to top, placing seam-side down on the platter.
Notes
For best results, consume immediately. If making ahead, cover with a damp paper towel and refrigerate for up to an hour to prevent drying. Experiment with different fruit combinations for variety.
