  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey, optional
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries fresh or frozen
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt optional, for extra creaminess

  • 1 tablespoon chopped almonds or granola for topping

Preparation
  1. In a jar or container, combine rolled oats, almond milk, chia seeds, and maple syrup, stirring well to prevent clumps.
  2. Gently stir in the mixed berries and Greek yogurt, if desired.
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours to allow the mixture to thicken.
  4. In the morning, stir and add more milk if you prefer a thinner consistency.
  5. Top with chopped almonds or granola before serving and enjoy cold.
