  • 2 cups cooked chicken
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce Frank's RedHot recommended
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing or bleu cheese dressing
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 2 tablespoons green onions sliced (for garnish)

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing, mixing until smooth and creamy.
  3. Stir in the shredded cooked chicken and half of both the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses, ensuring even distribution.
  4. Pour the mixture into an 8x8 inch baking dish or another oven-safe dish.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar and mozzarella cheeses over the top of the dip.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are bubbly and the cheese is melted and lightly golden.
  7. Garnish with sliced green onions immediately after taking it out of the oven.

Notes

For extra heat, add a dash of cayenne pepper to the mixture. Serve with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or crackers.
