- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing, mixing until smooth and creamy.
- Stir in the shredded cooked chicken and half of both the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses, ensuring even distribution.
- Pour the mixture into an 8x8 inch baking dish or another oven-safe dish.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheddar and mozzarella cheeses over the top of the dip.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are bubbly and the cheese is melted and lightly golden.
- Garnish with sliced green onions immediately after taking it out of the oven.
Notes
For extra heat, add a dash of cayenne pepper to the mixture. Serve with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or crackers.
