  • 1 ripe banana fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder whey or plant-based
  • 1/2 inch fresh ginger peeled (optional, for an extra kick)

Preparation
  1. Combine all ingredients, including almond milk, banana, frozen pineapple, spinach, chia seeds, protein powder, and optional ginger, in a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend thoroughly until the mixture is smooth and creamy; add more almond milk if needed to achieve your preferred consistency.
  3. Pour the smoothie into a tall glass and serve immediately to enjoy its freshness and vibrant flavor.

Notes

For a colder smoothie, use a frozen banana. You can also add ice cubes for extra thickness. Feel free to adjust the amount of ginger to your taste or omit it entirely. This smoothie is best enjoyed fresh.
