  1. Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels; slice horizontally if very thick to create thinner cutlets for faster cooking.
  2. Place chicken breasts in a medium baking dish and pour BBQ sauce over them, ensuring both sides are coated.
  3. Distribute drained pineapple chunks evenly around and on top of the chicken.
  4. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25-30 minutes, until chicken is cooked through (165°F/74°C internal temperature) and sauce is bubbly and slightly caramelized.

Notes
