- Pat chicken dry and season with salt, pepper, and ½ teaspoon of Italian seasoning.

- Simmer the sauce and add halved cherry tomatoes, cooking for 5-7 minutes until they soften and burst.
- Return chicken to the skillet, add fresh spinach on top, cover, and cook for 3-5 minutes until chicken is cooked through and spinach is wilted.
- Remove from heat, stir everything together, adjust seasoning as needed, and garnish with fresh herbs or Parmesan if desired before serving.
