Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 12 oz good quality white chocolate chips or finely chopped white chocolate bar
  • 1/4 cup freeze-dried strawberries lightly crushed
  • few drops drops red food coloring (gel or oil-based) for a deeper pink swirl

Equipment

  • baking sheet
  • parchment paper or silicone mat
  • microwave-safe bowl
  • offset spatula or spoon
  • skewer or toothpick

Method

Preparation
  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat for easy removal.
  2. Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  3. If desired, set aside a tablespoon of melted white chocolate and mix in a tiny drop of red food coloring to create a pink swirl.
  4. Pour the melted white chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it into a thin, even layer.
Assembly and Setting
  1. Sprinkle the crushed freeze-dried strawberries evenly over the wet chocolate.
  2. Drizzle the pink chocolate over the white chocolate and swirl gently with a skewer for a marbled effect.
  3. Refrigerate the bark for 30-60 minutes until completely firm.
  4. Once set, remove from the refrigerator, peel off parchment, and break into irregular pieces.

Notes

Be careful not to overheat the white chocolate when melting, as it can seize. Feel free to experiment with other freeze-dried fruits for different flavor variations!
