  • 3-4 cloves, minced Garlic
  • 1 large, zest and juice Lemon
  • 1/4 cup (e.g., Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio) or Chicken Broth for an alcohol-free option Dry White Wine
  • 2 tablespoons, chopped, for garnish Fresh Parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon (optional) Red Pepper Flakes
  • Salt and Freshly Ground Black Pepper To taste

Cooking Instructions
  1. Pat the shrimp dry and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat a large skillet with olive oil and butter, then sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add shrimp to the hot skillet in a single layer and cook for 1-2 minutes per side until pink and opaque; remove and set aside.
  4. Pour white wine or chicken broth into the skillet, scraping up browned bits, and simmer for 1-2 minutes to reduce slightly.
  5. Stir in lemon zest, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes.
  6. Return cooked shrimp to the skillet, toss to coat in the sauce, remove from heat, and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider marinating the shrimp for 15 minutes before cooking. Serve immediately with pasta, rice, or crusty bread to soak up the delicious sauce.
