- Place the pre-made hummus in a small bowl.
- Arrange the chopped cucumber, halved cherry tomatoes, and halved Kalamata olives around or on top of the hummus.
- If desired, sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese.
- Dust lightly with dried oregano.
- Serve immediately with whole-grain crackers or bell pepper slices for dipping.
Notes
For a vegan option, simply omit the feta cheese. This bowl is easily customizable with other fresh vegetables like bell peppers or leafy greens.
