  • 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 10-12 Kalamata olives pitted and halved
  • 1 tablespoon crumbled feta cheese optional, for non-vegan

  • Whole-grain crackers or bell pepper slices for dipping

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Place the pre-made hummus in a small bowl.
  2. Arrange the chopped cucumber, halved cherry tomatoes, and halved Kalamata olives around or on top of the hummus.
  3. If desired, sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese.
  4. Dust lightly with dried oregano.
  5. Serve immediately with whole-grain crackers or bell pepper slices for dipping.

Notes

For a vegan option, simply omit the feta cheese. This bowl is easily customizable with other fresh vegetables like bell peppers or leafy greens.
