Cooking Instructions
- Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add ground turkey and cook until browned, then drain excess grease and set aside.
- In the same skillet, cook chopped onion for 2-3 minutes until softened. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking for another minute until fragrant.
- Stir in sliced red bell pepper, broccoli florets, and snap peas, cooking for 3-5 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce (if using), rice vinegar, and sriracha in a small bowl.
- Return turkey to the skillet with the vegetables, pour the sauce over, and stir to coat.
- Re-stir the cornstarch slurry, then add it to the skillet and cook, stirring constantly, for 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Remove from heat, garnish with sesame seeds, and serve immediately over cooked brown rice or quinoa.
Notes
For a spicier kick, add more sriracha. You can also experiment with other vegetables like carrots or mushrooms.
