  2. Wash and dry all fruits and vegetables, then slice cheeses and prepare all tools.
  3. Position the cranberry goat cheese wheel slightly below the board's center to form the reindeer's head.
  4. Place the large red bell pepper slice directly below the goat cheese center for the nose.
  5. Place two black olives above the nose on the goat cheese for the eyes.
  6. Arrange pretzel sticks curving upwards from the top of the goat cheese to create antlers.
  7. Fan out folded prosciutto slices and arrange assorted cheese cubes in clusters around the board.
  8. Place mixed berries, green grapes, apple slices, and candied pecans in different sections.
  9. Sprinkle mini chocolate chips in small piles as fillers and for a sweet touch.
  10. Tuck assorted crackers into any remaining spaces for easy access.
  11. Add a few fresh rosemary sprigs around the board for a festive garnish.
  12. Allow the board to sit at room temperature for 20-30 minutes before serving to enhance flavors.

Notes

For best results, assemble the board just before serving to ensure freshness and prevent crackers from getting soggy. Feel free to customize with your favorite cheeses, fruits, and nuts!
