Ingredients
  

Tuna Salad
  • 1 (5 oz) can tuna in olive oil, drained
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise (sugar-free)
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper (any color)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped optional
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
For Serving
  • 4-6 large romaine lettuce leaves or butter lettuce leaves
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced for serving
  • Hot sauce to taste (optional)

Method
 

Prepare the Tuna Salad
