  • 1 taco seasoning or 2 tablespoons homemade taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 12 flour or corn tortillas small
  • toppings e.g., Pico de Gallo, Avocado Crema, Quick Pickled Red Onions

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, then add ground turkey and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes; drain excess fat.
  2. Stir in taco seasoning and water, simmer for 5-7 minutes until liquid evaporates and turkey is well-seasoned.
  3. Warm tortillas while the turkey simmers by heating them in a dry skillet or microwaving them in a damp paper towel.

Notes
