  • 1/2 cup fresh mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup Optional

Method
 

Layering Instructions
  1. Grab your chosen serving container, such as a glass, jar, or bowl.
  2. Spoon half of the yogurt (1/2 cup) into the bottom of the container.
  3. Add half of the granola (2 tablespoons) over the yogurt layer.
  4. Top with half of the fresh mixed berries (1/4 cup).
  5. Repeat the layers using the remaining yogurt, granola, and berries.
  6. If desired, drizzle the parfait with honey or maple syrup.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy your parfait.

Notes

For extra flavor, try adding a sprinkle of cinnamon or a dash of vanilla extract to the yogurt. You can also customize your parfait with other fruits like banana slices or kiwi, or different nuts and seeds for added crunch and nutrition.
