Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 1 cup plain, unsweetened Greek yogurt (full-fat or low-fat)
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen - blueberries, raspberries, strawberries)
  • 1/4 cup raw, unsalted almonds
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds (Optional)
  • A dash cinnamon (Optional)

Method
 

Assembly
  1. Place half of the Greek yogurt at the bottom of a glass or bowl.
  2. Layer with half of the mixed berries, then sprinkle with half of the almonds.
  3. Add the remaining Greek yogurt, then top with the rest of the berries and almonds.
  4. Optionally sprinkle with chia seeds and a dash of cinnamon for added flavor and nutrients.
  5. Serve immediately, or refrigerate for up to 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.

Notes

For meal prepping, assemble without chia seeds and cinnamon and add them just before serving to maintain texture. Feel free to customize with other fruits like banana slices or a drizzle of honey for extra sweetness.
