Preparation
- In a jar or container with a lid, combine rolled oats, milk, chia seeds, peanut butter, mashed banana, and optional honey or cinnamon.
- Stir well until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed and the peanut butter is mostly incorporated.
Chilling
- Cover the container and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4 hours.
Serving
- In the morning, give the oats a quick stir; add more milk if too thick.
- Top with extra banana slices, chopped nuts, or a drizzle of peanut butter if desired, then enjoy.
Notes
For best results, prepare the oats the night before. Adjust sweetness and toppings to your preference.
