Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a jar or container with a lid, combine rolled oats, milk, chia seeds, peanut butter, mashed banana, and optional honey or cinnamon.
  2. Stir well until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed and the peanut butter is mostly incorporated.
Chilling
  1. Cover the container and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4 hours.
Serving
  1. In the morning, give the oats a quick stir; add more milk if too thick.
