  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions
  1. Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  4. Add shrimp to the pan in a single layer and cook for 1-2 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
  5. Remove from heat, then squeeze in lemon juice and sprinkle with fresh parsley; toss to combine.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the shrimp in lemon juice and garlic for 15-20 minutes before cooking. Adjust red pepper flakes to your preferred spice level.
