- Add seasoned shrimp to the skillet in a single layer and cook for 1-2 minutes per side until pink and opaque, cooking in batches if necessary.
- Pour in white wine or chicken broth to deglaze the pan, scraping up any browned bits.
- Remove from heat, then stir in fresh lemon juice and chopped parsley.
