Chicken Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
- Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels, then drizzle with olive oil and season with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Place the seasoned chicken on the baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Creamy Spinach Preparation
- While the chicken roasts, melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat, then add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the fresh spinach to the skillet, stirring until wilted.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Reduce heat to low, stir in Parmesan cheese and lemon juice, and cook for 1-2 minutes until the sauce slightly thickens.
