Assembly and Final Bake
- Remove the flatbread from the oven, arrange brie cheese evenly, and scatter cranberries generously over the brie.
- Return the flatbread to the oven for another 5-8 minutes, until the brie is melted and bubbly, and cranberries begin to soften.
Finishing Touches
- Garnish with fresh rosemary or thyme and, if desired, a drizzle of honey or maple syrup.
- Let cool for a minute or two before slicing and serving.
Notes
Keep a close eye on the flatbread while baking as cooking times can vary significantly. For best results, use fresh cranberries when in season for a brighter flavor. This flatbread is also delicious with a sprinkle of crushed red pepper flakes for a hint of heat.
