  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter (or other nut/seed butter)
  • 1/4 cup mixed berries thinly sliced (e.g., strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1/2 small banana thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup optional

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Lay the whole wheat tortilla flat on a clean surface.
  2. Evenly spread the peanut butter across the entire tortilla, almost to the edges.
  3. If using, drizzle honey or maple syrup over the peanut butter.
  4. Arrange the sliced mixed berries and banana slices in a single layer over the peanut butter, leaving a small border at one edge.
  5. Starting from the opposite edge, tightly roll up the tortilla into a log.
  6. Using a sharp knife, slice the rolled tortilla into 1-inch thick "pinwheels."
  7. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 hours.
