- Warm a small non-stick skillet over medium-low heat and coat with cooking spray or a tiny pat of butter.
- Lay the tortilla in the warm skillet.
- Spread the softened cream cheese evenly over one half of the tortilla.
- Spoon the slightly mashed berries over the cream cheese and drizzle with honey or maple syrup if desired.
- Fold the other half of the tortilla over the filling to create a half-moon shape.
- Cook for 1-2 minutes per side until the tortilla is lightly golden and the cream cheese is warm and melty.
- Carefully remove from the skillet, slice in half (if desired), and enjoy immediately.
Notes
