  • 1 Small wheel of soft cheese (brie, fresh mozzarella ball, or a small goat cheese log) around 4-5 inches diameter
Cured Meats
  • 1 pack Salami folded into roses or quarters
  • 1 pack Prosciutto artfully draped
  • 1 pack Pepperoni for layering
Assorted Cheeses
  • 1 pack White cheddar slices for filling gaps
  • 1 pack Swiss cheese cut into festive shapes
  • 1 container Goat cheese crumbles for snowy texture
Crackers & Bread
  • 1 box Various shapes and sizes of white crackers
  • 1 package Pita bread or baguette slices to fill larger areas

Method
