- In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, green onions, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper until well combined and smooth.
- Cover the cheese mixture and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
Assembly
- On a flat surface or serving platter, shape the chilled cheese mixture into a conical "pinecone" form.
- Gently press the finely chopped toasted pecans onto the entire surface of the cheese cone, overlapping slightly from bottom to top to create a textured "pinecone" effect.
- Decorate the "pinecone" tree with fresh pomegranate arils, nestling them among the pecans.
- Insert small sprigs of fresh rosemary around the base and sides to complete the Christmas tree look.
Serving
- Serve immediately with a variety of crackers and crudités for dipping.
Notes
