Preparation

Arranging the Platter
  1. Begin by placing larger items like cheese blocks and dip bowls on your platter, distributing them for a balanced base.
  2. Arrange cured meats by folding or rolling them to add dimension; stack some crackers while placing others around the cheeses.
  3. Add fresh fruits, alternating colors and textures, ensuring a mix of sweet, savory, and tangy elements.
  4. Fill any remaining spaces with dried apricots, mixed nuts, and mixed olives to complete the abundant look.
  5. Tuck fresh rosemary sprigs into various spots for a beautiful visual element and festive aroma.
Serving
  1. Allow cheeses and cured meats to come to room temperature for about 30 minutes before serving for best flavor and texture. Provide serving utensils and small plates for guests.

Notes

For an extra touch, consider adding a small dish of honey or a fig spread to complement the cheeses.
