Festive Cranberry Brie Bites

These elegant and easy-to-make cranberry brie bites are perfect for any holiday gathering. Flaky puff pastry cups are filled with creamy brie and sweet-tart cranberry sauce, then baked until golden.

Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 1 sheet Puff pastry
  • 4 oz Brie cheese cut into small pieces
  • 1/2 cup Cranberry sauce whole berry preferred
  • 12 small Fresh rosemary sprigs

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Thaw the puff pastry according to package directions, then cut it into 12 equal squares.
  2. Press each puff pastry square gently into the cups of a mini muffin tin.
  3. Place a small piece of brie cheese into the center of each puff pastry square.
  4. Spoon a dollop of cranberry sauce over the brie cheese in each cup.
Baking & Serving
  1. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 12-15 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and bubbly.
  2. Carefully remove the bites from the muffin tin and garnish each with a small fresh rosemary sprig before serving.

Notes

For best results, use whole berry cranberry sauce. These bites can be prepared ahead of time and reheated in a warm oven just before serving.
