Preparation
- Thaw the puff pastry according to package directions, then cut it into 12 equal squares.
- Press each puff pastry square gently into the cups of a mini muffin tin.
- Place a small piece of brie cheese into the center of each puff pastry square.
- Spoon a dollop of cranberry sauce over the brie cheese in each cup.
Baking & Serving
- Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 12-15 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and bubbly.
- Carefully remove the bites from the muffin tin and garnish each with a small fresh rosemary sprig before serving.
Notes
For best results, use whole berry cranberry sauce. These bites can be prepared ahead of time and reheated in a warm oven just before serving.
