  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • fresh spinach handful
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder optional
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds optional

Instructions
  1. Add frozen berries, banana, almond milk, Greek yogurt, and spinach to a high-speed blender.
  2. If desired, add protein powder and chia seeds. Blend until smooth, adding more almond milk if needed.
  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.

Notes

For a thicker smoothie, use less almond milk or add a few ice cubes. For a thinner smoothie, add more almond milk. You can also experiment with different fruits and add-ins like flax seeds or nut butter.
