  • 1 tbsp peanut butter or other nut/seed butter
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup optional, adjust to taste
  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Combine rolled oats and chia seeds in a jar or airtight container.
  2. Add almond milk, peanut butter, optional honey/maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  3. Stir thoroughly to ensure all ingredients are well combined and clump-free.
  4. Gently fold in the frozen mixed berries.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight.
  6. Stir in the morning and enjoy cold; add extra toppings if desired.

Notes

For a creamier texture, use a thicker milk or add an extra tablespoon of chia seeds. Adjust sweetness to your preference. Enjoy with your favorite toppings like nuts, seeds, or fresh fruit.
