  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup optional

Preparation
  1. Combine rolled oats, chia seeds, and almond milk in a jar or bowl, stirring well to prevent clumping.
  2. Optionally, stir in honey or maple syrup.
  3. Add half of the mixed berries to the mixture.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, until thickened.
Serving
  1. Remove the power bowl from the refrigerator in the morning.
  2. Top with the remaining mixed berries, sliced banana, and almond butter.
  3. Add optional toppings like granola or flax seeds for extra crunch.
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy your nourishing breakfast.

Notes

For best results, prepare this power bowl the night before to allow the oats and chia seeds to fully absorb the liquid.
