Preparation
- Remove chicken thighs from the fridge 15-20 minutes before cooking and pat them dry.
- Mix all seasonings in a small bowl, drizzle olive oil on chicken, then rub the seasoning mixture evenly on both sides of the chicken.
Cooking
- Heat an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat and sear the chicken thighs skin-side down for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Flip the chicken thighs over.
- Transfer the skillet to a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Finishing
- Remove the skillet from the oven and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving or using in desired dinner ideas.
