Ingredients

Pudding Base
  • 1 cup Milk (Dairy or Plant-Based: e.g., almond milk, soy milk, dairy milk for varying fat content and creaminess)
  • 1 scoop Chocolate Protein Powder (approx. 25-30g, choose your favorite brand and flavor; a good quality whey or casein works wonders for texture)
  • 1-2 tablespoons Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (adjust to your desired chocolate intensity)
  • 1-2 teaspoons Sweetener (e.g., maple syrup, honey, erythritol, stevia – to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds (Optional, for extra thickness and nutrition)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract (enhances the chocolate flavor)
  • Salt Pinch

Equipment

  • Blender
  • Mason Jars or Bowls

Method

Preparation
  1. Prepare your equipment by getting a blender or a deep bowl if using an immersion blender.
  2. Pour the milk into the blender, then add the chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, sweetener, and optional chia seeds.
  3. Add the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt to the mixture.
  4. Blend all ingredients on high speed for 30-60 seconds until completely smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
  5. Pour the mixture into serving dishes, cover them, and refrigerate.
  6. Allow the pudding to chill for at least 2-4 hours, or ideally overnight, to thicken and set.
  7. Once chilled and set, stir if desired, and enjoy your high-protein treat.

Notes

For best results, let the pudding chill overnight. Adjust the amount of sweetener and cocoa powder to your personal preference. You can also experiment with different protein powder flavors!
