  • 1.5 lbs Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts or Thighs cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1-2 tablespoons Olive Oil or Butter
  • 1 packet (about 1 oz) All-Purpose Ranch Seasoning Mix
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 oz Cream Cheese softened and cut into cubes
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • Fresh Parsley optional, for garnish
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions
  1. Pat the chicken pieces dry and season lightly with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat oil in a large skillet, sear chicken until golden and cooked through; remove and set aside.
  3. Deglaze the skillet with chicken broth, scraping up any browned bits.
  4. Stir in ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder, then simmer the mixture.
  5. Add heavy cream and cubed cream cheese, whisking until smooth and creamy.
  6. Return chicken to the skillet, coating it in the sauce, and simmer for 2-3 minutes to meld flavors.
  7. Remove from heat, garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, you can marinate the chicken in a little ranch seasoning for 30 minutes before cooking.
