- Once chilled, scoop portions of the mixture using a cookie scoop or spoons and roll them into smooth balls with your palms.
Finishing Touches
- Roll each truffle in the remaining powdered sugar until evenly coated.
- Arrange on parchment paper and refrigerate for another 15-20 minutes to set before serving.
