Ingredients

Fudge Base
  • 1 package white chocolate chips 11-ounce
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk 14-ounce
Flavorings
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract optional
Color & Topping
  • Pink gel food coloring
  • 1 cup prepared sugar cookie dough uncooked
  • Valentine’s Day sprinkles for topping

Equipment

  • 8x8-inch baking pan
  • parchment paper
  • large microwave-safe bowl
  • spatula

Method

Preparation
  1. Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, allowing an overhang for easy removal.
  2. Combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a microwave-safe bowl.
Making the Fudge
  1. Microwave the mixture for 1-2 minutes in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth and melted.
  2. Stir in vanilla extract, optional almond extract, and pink gel food coloring until desired shade is achieved.
  3. Gently fold in crumbled uncooked sugar cookie dough until evenly distributed, avoid overmixing.
Setting and Serving
  1. Pour the fudge into the prepared pan and spread evenly with a spatula.
  2. Scatter Valentine’s Day sprinkles on top, pressing them lightly to adhere.
  3. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours until firm, then lift out and cut into 1-inch squares to serve.

Notes

For a quicker set, you can place the fudge in the freezer for about an hour. Ensure your sugar cookie dough is indeed uncooked; pre-baked cookies will alter the texture of the fudge. This recipe is easily doubled for a larger batch, just use a 9x13-inch pan.
