Preparation
- Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, allowing an overhang for easy removal.
- Combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a microwave-safe bowl.
Making the Fudge
- Microwave the mixture for 1-2 minutes in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth and melted.
- Stir in vanilla extract, optional almond extract, and pink gel food coloring until desired shade is achieved.
- Gently fold in crumbled uncooked sugar cookie dough until evenly distributed, avoid overmixing.
Setting and Serving
- Pour the fudge into the prepared pan and spread evenly with a spatula.
- Scatter Valentine’s Day sprinkles on top, pressing them lightly to adhere.
- Refrigerate for 2-3 hours until firm, then lift out and cut into 1-inch squares to serve.
Notes
For a quicker set, you can place the fudge in the freezer for about an hour. Ensure your sugar cookie dough is indeed uncooked; pre-baked cookies will alter the texture of the fudge. This recipe is easily doubled for a larger batch, just use a 9x13-inch pan.
