Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C); if using a pizza stone, preheat it simultaneously.
- In a small saucepan, sauté minced garlic in olive oil for 1 minute until fragrant; remove from heat and stir in honey, soy sauce, sriracha, and smoked paprika.
- Place flatbreads on a baking sheet, then evenly spread the honey-garlic sauce over each, leaving a small border for the crust.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the sauce on each flatbread, and crumble goat cheese on top if desired.
- Evenly distribute your chosen toppings, such as chicken, red onion, and bell peppers, over the cheese on each flatbread.
- Bake for 8-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and the flatbread edges are golden brown; monitor closely if using a pizza stone.
- Carefully remove pizzas from the oven, garnish with fresh chopped cilantro and red pepper flakes if desired, then slice and serve hot.
Notes
For an extra crispy crust, you can pre-bake the flatbreads for a few minutes before adding the sauce and toppings. Adjust the amount of sriracha and red pepper flakes to your preferred level of heat. If you don't have cooked chicken, you can quickly sauté some diced chicken breast before adding it to the pizza.
