- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly grease an 8-inch cast iron skillet or a small oven-safe baking dish with butter or non-stick spray.
- Pour the chocolate chips into the bottom of the prepared dish, spreading them evenly.
- Arrange the marshmallows snugly over the chocolate chips, cutting some in half if needed.
- Bake for 8-12 minutes, or until the chocolate is melted and bubbly and marshmallows are golden brown. Watch carefully to prevent burning.
- Carefully remove from the oven and serve hot with your favorite dippers.
Notes
You can also use milk chocolate or dark chocolate chips. For optional dippers, consider pretzels, strawberries, banana slices, shortbread cookies, or vanilla wafers.
