Preparation
- Chop the dark chocolate and place it in a heatproof bowl.
- Melt the chocolate over a double boiler or in a microwave, stirring until smooth.
- Drain the silken tofu and transfer it to a high-speed blender or food processor.
- Add the melted chocolate, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt to the tofu; blend until completely smooth.
- Pour the mousse into serving dishes, cover, and refrigerate for 2-4 hours until set.
Notes
For an extra touch, garnish with fresh berries, a sprinkle of cocoa powder, or a dollop of dairy-free whipped cream before serving.
