  • 3 cups (about 300 g) Broccoli florets
  • 3 Garlic cloves minced
  • 1 Fresh ginger grated
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce low-sodium
  • 2 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp Rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tsp Cornstarch
  • ¼ cup Water or chicken broth
  • ¼ tsp Red pepper flakes optional
  • Cooked rice or noodles to serve

Preparation
  1. Rinse and pat dry the shrimp, then marinate with 1 tbsp soy sauce, ½ tsp cornstarch, and a pinch of pepper for 5 minutes.
