Pasta and Shrimp
  • 12 oz (340 g) Penne rigate (or penne pasta)
  • 1 lb (450 g) Raw shrimp, peeled & deveined
  • 1 cup Sun-dried tomatoes, oil-packed, sliced
Sauce
  • 3 tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp Crushed red-pepper flakes
  • ½ cup Dry white wine optional
  • 1 Zest of Lemon
  • ¼ cup Unsalted butter or heavy cream
  • ¼ cup Fresh basil, torn
To Taste & Serving
  • Salt & freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • Grated Parmesan or Pecorino optional for serving

Cooking Pasta

Notes
