  • 1 lb (≈ 450 g) Large raw shrimp, peeled & deveined
  • 1 ½ lb (≈ 680 g) Fresh Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved lengthwise
  • 3 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Lemon zest
  • 2 Tbsp Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp Honey
  • ½ tsp Smoked paprika
  • ¼ tsp Crushed red pepper flakes optional
  • ½ tsp Salt plus more to finish
  • ¼ tsp Black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp Toasted sliced almonds or hazelnuts optional

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Notes
