- Arrange the salmon fillets and trimmed asparagus on the prepared baking sheet.
Seasoning & Roasting

- Drizzle half of the mixture over the salmon and the remaining half over the asparagus, then season generously with salt and pepper.
- Place lemon slices over the salmon and scatter some among the asparagus.
- Roast for 12-18 minutes until the salmon is cooked through and the asparagus is tender-crisp.
Serving
- Carefully remove the baking sheet from the oven and garnish with fresh chopped parsley if desired.
- Serve immediately with extra lemon wedges on the side.
