  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1-2 Lemon (half for juicing, rest for slicing/garnish)
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Dill
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • Fresh Parsley or Dill Optional, for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  2. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Seasoning
  1. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, dried dill, salt, and pepper.
  2. Brush this seasoned oil mixture evenly over the salmon fillets and arrange lemon slices on top.
Baking and Serving
  1. Bake for 12-18 minutes until the salmon flakes easily and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  2. Remove the salmon from the oven, let it rest, then garnish with fresh parsley or dill and serve with extra lemon wedges.

Notes

For best results, do not overcook the salmon; it should be moist and tender. Adjust seasoning to your taste, adding more or less based on preference.
