- Carefully remove the baking sheet from the oven and use tongs to transfer the cooked bacon to a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess fat.
Notes
For extra crispiness, you can flip the bacon halfway through cooking. Be sure to watch the bacon closely as cooking times can vary by oven and desired crispness. This method produces less mess than pan-frying.
