Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Cook raw sausage in a skillet until browned, then drain excess grease. If using ham or bacon, chop it into small pieces.
- Whisk the eggs in a large bowl and season with salt and pepper.
- Stir the cooked meat and shredded cheese into the whisked eggs.
- Pour the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 25-35 minutes until set and lightly golden, and a knife inserted comes out clean.
- Let the casserole rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
