  • 1 large Fresh lemon zest + 3 Tbsp juice
  • 2 Tbsp Fresh dill finely chopped
  • 3 Tbsp Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 minced Garlic cloves
  • ½ tsp Salt adjust
  • ¼ tsp Black pepper freshly ground
  • 2 cups Water or low-sodium broth

Shrimp Preparation
  1. In a shallow bowl, combine lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, chopped dill, salt, and pepper. Add the shrimp, toss to coat, and let marinate for 10 minutes.

Notes
