  • 2 Tbsp Low-sodium soy sauce (or tamari/coconut aminos)
  • 1 tsp Lime juice or rice vinegar
  • 2 cups Cooked rice, quinoa, or cauliflower rice
  • 1 cup Mixed vegetables (e.g., snap peas, bell pepper strips, shredded carrots)
